Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Remiah, a service operated by RevSonar LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("RevSonar," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using Remiah (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you" or "Customer").

1. The Service

Remiah provides an AI-powered call answering, lead capture, and scheduling service for home and commercial service businesses, along with a web dashboard and companion iOS and Android apps for managing leads, calls, appointments, and account settings.

2. Business use only

Remiah is sold to businesses, for business use. A subscription provisions a telephone number for a business and answers the calls that the public places to that business. By subscribing you represent that you are doing so on behalf of a business, and that the number we answer is that business's number.

The Service is not offered for personal, household, or family use, and is not sold to consumers. We do not answer personal phone lines. Subscriptions are billed to the business, cover that business's line, and are shared by everyone who works there, which is why plans are priced by lines and staff logins rather than per person.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by team members you invite.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Remiah is billed on a subscription basis through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes, misappropriates, or violates anyone's rights
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
  • Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or unsolicited communications
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent

6. Call Recording & Your Compliance Responsibilities

Remiah answers, records, and transcribes calls on your behalf, and automatically speaks a recording disclosure at the start of every call, as described in our Privacy Policy. This disclosure is a fixed part of the Service — it cannot be disabled, shortened, or edited by you, including through a custom greeting.

State call-recording laws generally fall into two categories: "one-party consent" states, where only one participant needs to consent (satisfied by Remiah's own consent to record on your behalf), and "all-party consent" states — commonly including California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington — where every caller must be notified before being recorded. Remiah's built-in disclosure is designed to provide that notice.

Even so, you are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring your use of Remiah — including the states and localities you serve, the phone numbers you route to us, and any outbound calls or messages you or your team initiate — complies with all applicable call-recording, wiretapping, telemarketing (including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act), and do-not-call laws
  • Not instructing or attempting to have us alter the recording disclosure in any way that would remove notice to callers
  • Obtaining any additional consent your specific circumstances may require beyond the disclosure Remiah provides — for example, if you separately record calls outside of Remiah

You represent that you have the legal authority to have calls to your business phone numbers answered, recorded, and transcribed by Remiah. Your obligation to indemnify us for claims arising from this section is described in "Indemnification" below.

7. SMS Terms

Remiah, a service of RevSonar LLC, may send text messages on your behalf to your own customers: a one-time confirmation of an appointment they booked with you by phone and, if you turn it on, a single request for a review after a completed job. Your customer consents on the call by giving their phone number for the booking, and the receptionist tells them a confirmation text will follow. Message frequency varies with how often a customer books; typically one or two messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.

Every message identifies your business and Remiah and includes how to stop. A recipient can reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for assistance, and Remiah honors both automatically. You can switch customer texts off for your whole account in Settings. You are responsible for ensuring you may contact the customer at the number they gave you. Remiah does not send marketing texts on your behalf, and we do not sell or share your customers' numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Support: support@remiah.ai or (480) 571-1954. The full programme and the receptionist's consent script are at remiah.ai/sms-terms.

8. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of the business information, call data, and lead data associated with your account ("Customer Data"). You grant us a license to use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

Remiah, its software, branding, and underlying technology are owned by RevSonar LLC or our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Retell AI (voice/call handling), Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication/database), Resend (email), and Apple (push notifications and calendar sync). We aren't responsible for the availability or performance of these third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

The Service, including the AI voice agent, is provided "as is" and "as available." AI-generated call summaries, transcripts, and lead details may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevSonar LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities (including missed or mishandled calls), arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RevSonar LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, including the call-recording and communications-compliance obligations described above; (b) Customer Data, including any claim that it infringes, misappropriates, or violates a third party's rights; or (c) a dispute between you and one of your callers, customers, or team members.

14. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us.

15. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights. Most concerns can be resolved by contacting us at support@remiah.ai, and we encourage you to reach out first.

If a dispute can't be resolved informally within 30 days, you and RevSonar LLC agree that it will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Arbitration will take place in Maricopa County, Arizona, or another mutually agreed location, and may be conducted by phone or video conference by agreement of the parties.

You and RevSonar LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@remiah.ai within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your business name and account email. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder will still apply, except that if the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement in this section will not apply, and the dispute will proceed in court under "Governing Law" below.

16. Force Majeure

We won't be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party services we rely on (such as our voice, hosting, or payment providers), internet or telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or acts of government.

17. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RevSonar LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on this subject. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Notices to you may be sent to the email address on your account.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
